Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to show on your statement.

Shipping Protection and the 30 Day Warranty are refundable if your order is cancelled before it ships.
