FAQ
Everything people ask before they order
What size should I get?
Pick S, M, L or XL with the size buttons above. Measure your dog's chest (around the widest part) and back length (neck to base of tail) before you order. If they're between sizes, go one size up. Not sure? Send us your dog's measurements through the Contact page and we'll tell you which size to get.
Is it comfortable for my dog?
Yes. It's made from soft, lightweight, breathable fabric so your pup can walk, sit and play while wearing it.
How do I put it on?
Slip the jersey and shorts on like a normal dog outfit, fasten the closures, then pop the cap on. The plush arms are attached to the front, so it takes about a minute.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2-4 business days, then delivery takes 10-14 days. The estimated arrival window above the Add to Cart button does the maths for you.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves us you get an email with a tracking number, and you can follow it the whole way.
Will it arrive in time for my event?
Allow 2-4 business days of processing plus 10-14 days in transit. Order with that much room before your party, game day or photo shoot.
What do Shipping Protection and the 30 Day Warranty add?
Both are optional. Shipping Protection covers your parcel if it is lost, damaged or stolen on the way to you. The 30 Day Warranty is extra cover on top of the standard 30-day money-back guarantee, which every order already gets for free.
Is the quality good?
Yes. The jersey and shorts are stitched with clean baseball-style piping and the plush arms hold their shape, so it looks great in photos again and again.
What if we do not love it?
Email us within 30 days and we will refund you. No forms, no restocking fee.
